How exactly do you all plan to achieve equal rights but tolerate being disrespected?
But I guess if Tracy Morgan was cute he probably would have gotten away with it too.

Right. How is it okay for Chris Brown but not okay Tracy Morgan? I'm confused. They both use same gay slurs. You guys were pissed when Tracy Morgan said what he said, but when Chris Brown says it, all of sudden it's okay?

I bet you all if this was someone else, some of you guys would not be defending this. Just saying.

I'm defending Chris because it's not intentional, he's just playing a game, and couple of slurs were thrown in there. This **** happens in my everyday life, so I don't see it as a problem. However the pressed souls here have to bring up the past, and comparisons to other stories. Like they just want ****ing comment on the topic and leave. So naturally, we would be defensive of Chris Brown, if he's being accused of other ****.

I'm not hating on Chris Brown, but I have to agree with Hi Def. Some of you guys do make constant excuses for his ******** behavior. I thought using gay slurs was not okay but now it is because of Chris Brown? No one liked it when Kobe used gay slurs or Tracy Morgan. So yeah please stop.
Unfortunately, the media will try to make him look bad after the whole Rihanna thing. American media likes to get a reaction out of people. He is just giving what the media wants by always messing up.

Right? Had this been literally any other straight man, almost everybody in this thread that is defending him would feel completely different. It's silly, in my opinion. Even if you are a fan of an artist, you don't have to justify everything they do and say. Atleast I'm honest enough to admit when Rihanna is wrong.

No one said what he didn't wasn't wrong. They just said it's blown out of proportion. #Kanyeshrug

Now sis, you know damn well that if, say, Rihanna called somebody a "******", all of ATRL would start digging her grave immediately. I don't think that people are making a big deal out of it. It's not like they're boycotting his music.

He hasn't even changed since his community service, so even if they did focus on it more they would be dragging his ass even more for backtracking.

That's my point.

If Rihanna didn't mean it in a hateful way I'd defend her too. Chris wasn't being hateful to gays he was just being his usual clueless self as always. He said it himself he is not a good speaker.

I don't hate/dislike Chris at all, and even defend him on some occasions. But it's kinda hard to defend him. In this case, the media is just being picky... but he needs to be able to handle it. I hope he doesn't go on a rant on Twitter when he sees this.
