Are we ignoring everything other than the United States and Canada? The budget for Deathly Hallows Part I and II was $250 million combined and they made over 9x their budget. $110 million is the budget solely for Breaking Dawn Part I. Assuming Part II wil cost just as much, if not more, they will have to gross nearly $2 billion combined to have a 9x mutiplier.

That is one big fat lie right there. Daniel and even Rupert and Emma will be more remembered for their performances in the Harry Potter franchise than Kristen ever will. Who said it have to break the record of HP to be successful? And I'm talking about the whole Twilight series, not just Breaking pt. 1 and pt. 2 budget. I never said it would have to break Potter's record to be considered succesful. In fact, I never mentioned any record. All I did was correct you on the bolded part in your post, because Twilight does not make more money per every spent dollar.

I completely agree with you, but I wouldn't count Emma out just yet. Out of the three main characters she definitely has the most potential. She will never be able to fully escape Hermione, but only time will tell just how much.
