Okay so basically it's an analogy for temporary success. What goes up must come down. I'm saying that, while Christina may not be topping the charts as of late (even though she quite obviously was the sole reason why Say Something propelled into the mainstream ), she's leading quite a happy and succinct life with her family sitting on a red chair and collecting them dollar bills.
Welcome, authors, to your first official writing challenge! I was impressed with your oral skills in your first mini challenge, and 6.9 of you have an advantage of bonus points going into this first round.
It's no secret eulogies are often written in advance, which remains a questionable practice. It's only fitting the first challenge be questionable as well. You will be writing a eulogy for an inanimate object relating to your favorite artist (you must prove this to avoid shade.) This could be their career, eyebrows, sense of style, etc.
Example Topics: The DWUW Video, The Original Edge Of Glory Video, etc.
Important: Please no entries shorter than 150 words, and no entries longer than 400 words. Keep it to the point, but also make sure to not lose any charm due to these length constraints!
Good luck! These narratives are due (by PMing me) in five days -- 11:30 PM EST on Tuesday, Jan 13, 2015
