Both beautiful. I'm not even sure Rihanna has peaked in looks but peak Britney is hard to beat although 90s Janet, Rihanna & 90s (or 03) Mariah are up there for me.

Some people don't understand that beauty is subjective and the difference between exotic and pretty/beautiful.
And in my opinion, Britney in her peak and right now is far prettier than Rihanna.
