He can paraphrase, though. And to clear this up:
When you open private communication, you have to include a message, location, and recipient, right? If not, I reject it. jpow's message had all three, and I sent it to his target. Now, if his hypothetical target accepts the message, I move both jpow and his target to the same room, and then give his target the actual message. In this case, jpow didn't explicitly state what his message was, but I still thought I understood the jist of what his intent was, so I just forwarded what he said in his message to his target.
