Demonize implies unfairness on my part. It is ok to cll them bigots if they are bigots. If oyu aren't one of them, why are you offended by it?

big·ot
ˈbiɡət/
noun
a person who is intolerant toward those holding different opinions.
You are a bigot. This is not up for debate. You make no attempt to try to understand the thoughts, feelings, and reasoning of those who disagree with you, and it shows. People like you who attempt to throw every non-"far left" liberal under the Trump bus are the reason why some independents ran to Trump.
Now either come up with a real argument or just stop. It's tired at this point.
You are using a logical fallacy by implying that a non-American has to have worse knowledge about the subject than an American.
You are missing the point. America was built on European culture. The mafia in Italy was morally condemned and fought against both by the Italian local governments and the central one. And the mafia still exists in the South not North-East, as far as I'm concerned.
How many citizens of Pakistan, Iraq or Syria approve of gay marriage? How many of them think that Shariah law is superior to any other laws of the world? In almost all Muslim countries, the people follow their moral code which kills gays and is oppressive to women (in the Western sense, at least). Mind the fact that there is no widespread fight for the rights of Christians in Muslim countries, despite them being an oppressed minority. If this is how the mentality of the people is in these countries, why would I want them to immigrate to my country and spend money to integrate them?
Here is how a seemingly peaceful Muslim woman is exposed as having radical views.
And about Mexicans, this is an overinterpretation. I remember what he exactly said and there is nothing wrong with highlighting dangers associated with immigration. It doesn't imply that all people of a certain group are doing bad stuff. I wouldn't get offended if someone said that gays spread HIV (I'm gay) because they do. A huge percentage of HIV transmissions is gay unprotected sex due to the hookup culture. There is nothing wrong in saying such stuff, and if someone gets offended to the point of throwing insults then it's their problem really.
Again, you're implying that my knowledge is inferior because of my origin.
The numbers of Mormons and Muslims are disproportionate. There is no known history of worldwide Mormon conquests and murders of non-believers. And would you mind citing these polls?
Watch this thread get nasty very soon and get closed shortly afterwards.
The vast majority of people who are very loud on their support of Clinton, social liberalism and all that refuse to consider the points their political opponents believe in, while dismissing them as objective untruths and misinterpretations. This leads absolutely nowhere and renders any discussion impossible, really.
I'm yet to experience the same phenomenon from Trumpsters or any other right-wing supporters.
Have you seen the crowd interviews at his conventions? They don't even beleieve in facts

When Trump supporters try to hide behind the veil of being liberal online. You're not fooling anyone.

Nah, if anything, the embarrassing pacifist centrist neoliberals and their **** economic policies caused all of this and even made Trump possible.
Only justifies that us in the true Left must be more militant than ever to not only purge the fascists out of government but also purge the neoliberals from their positions.
Are you defending people who voted for him or not? If yes, then you are both those things, sory. You don't get to have the cake and eat it too. This election was more than 2 opposing parties battling each other to win. It was right vs wrong. Bigotry vs non bigotry. White supremacists vs non white supremacists. And that's just a fact.
That woman is an extremist idiot who is clearly wrong, but the professor is no angel either.
I wouldn't say she's an idiot. I would say she's dangerous and represents the feelings of a substantial part of the Muslim community. There is nothing wrong with screening those people. Good Muslims who have nothing to hide and are patriotic Americans would have nothing to fear.

"Less well known is the paradox of tolerance: Unlimited tolerance must lead to the disappearance of tolerance. If we extend unlimited tolerance even to those who are intolerant, if we are not prepared to defend a tolerant society against the onslaught of the intolerant, then the tolerant will be destroyed, and tolerance with them."
- Philosopher Karl Popper in The Open Society and Its Enemies(1945)
Exactly. No wonder Bernie did terrible with people of color. Just look at how his supporters are totally ok with the loss of civil rights for the price of faux-democracy.
Time is truly, the ultimate truth teller.

If Republicans were tired of being called bigots, then why did they vote for one? That's just proving our point.

I think you might be missing my point. I'm not defending Trump supporters or saying that they were right for voting for him. But I'm trying to understand exactly why they did so, because it may help us choose a better candidate for the 2020 election and so that the Republican party can continue to die + give way to the Millennial generation.
I'm not going to cover my ears and call everyone a white supremacist, because that's the easy road. We have to face some hard truths + facts that some of us may have missed a while ago.

People can have economic anxiety AND be a white supremacist.
Jesus.
These conversations are not mutually exclusive.
Yes, uneducated whites wanted a better economy - they also saw the demonizing and sacrifice of non-white citizens and residents as a necessary means to that end. **** their ugly asses.
