Thanks! I don't eat meat and I can't have dairy, but the other suggestions are good.

1) Beef jerky/chicken bites are good easy quick protein snacks.
Oats mixed with vanilla protein powder, bananas, peanut butter and some almonds has a lot of energy and protein inside it. Go for about 100g of oats and half a scoop of powder for around 30g of protein. It's amazing for a preworkout meal.
Omelettes can be made in 2/3 minutes. Use 3 eggs, a dash of milk and whatever any other additions you want like peppers, ham, chillis, grated cheese etc for at least 25g of protein.
Tins of 130-150g of tuna are good too and have more than 30g of protein. Have it with a salad. Smoked Mackerel is a good source of protein too. Prawns pack a lot of protein but I have heard that they're not good for your body so don't have them too much.
Then you've got all usual stuff like chicken breasts, steaks, pork loins and all that. Be sure to get vegetables into your diet too like spinach and chillis. And take vitamins like zinc and cod lover oil.
2) Cardio is the best way although recently I have been doing circuit training instead and have seen the effects of it really quickly. If you do running try doing sprints as it will burn a lot of calories.
One of my circuit training routines are:
15 plyometric press ups
30 seconds of normal press ups
240m sprint dash
15 jumping squats
15 burpees
100m sprint dash
40m bear crawl
15 v sit ups
I repeat this 3-5 more sets depending on how I am feeling. I am gagging by the end of it

Thank YOU! Really appreciate the info you guys.
I'm gonna try to do the circuit training. I've been doing cardio, squats and crunches for a while now. I need something new. Sounds hard tho. I don't think i'll be able to do that 5 times. Lemme start with 2 sets
I eat waay too much fruit. I shouldn't because it'll spike my insulin. I need more veggies and protein. I'll stick to fish, nuts, spinach, eggs, salads. Yeah.
