Lorde never said that, it was Porcelain who said that via Bradley's twitter and the super successful could be meant by Lana in a sarcasm way.

They knew each other when they were both on the New York scene and were up and coming artists. They had the same manager, who Gaga has never talked about but Lana does and she still visits him. He is now bankrupt I think.

But perhaps that's when Gaga said something to her. Maybe they had a feud in person back in the day.
