Because it was recorded/produced/mastered in like 2 days And I don't think it's messy.

It was just sent to radio today, already seems to be making waves on AC which is a good sign for other formats. People are predicting this to debut around #8 on the Hot 100

I actually LOVE the fact that it wasn't edited/mixed a lot.

The reason people loved the Idol performance was because it was very raw and emotional, and I think that's what they wanted to show in the recording too. It does sound like an Unplugged version, but it's so enjoyable
