Still think that's a bit too much, since the grammy mostly affect US+Canada, but also UK being big news there. However the valentines might've pushed it better than we know, and 21 is top 2 (sharing with Whitney's GH) in almost 30 countries on itunes...
It'll do close to 60k in canada, even more in UK..
It's best total as of yet is 957k during xmas, but if it reaches 700k in US, it has A SHOT at beating, even getting a mill

That's ****ing insane. I mean, 650k-680k is high for an OPENING week let alone selling that number ONE year after the release. And not to mention it has already sold 6M.
