I've heard Firework live at her concert and I don't know what she does on TV but thankfully she doesn't do it at her concerts. I admit Rihanna has a slightly better voice in terms of strength and range but I really love Britney tone so I was based my answer on that as well otherwise I would have given her a 4.

Her producers have said time and time again that she has an amazing voice and little editing is done.

I would say a 6. Her voice is sexy and she's good at the sexy voice...but she has not developed much of a range from that.
