Bey will most likely be performing last. They'll probably lump the tribute and her performance into an extended segment. If they split up the tribute and her performance then a good chunk of the show will revolve around her. Which would be AMAZING but I can't see them doing that. It only makes logical sense to save it all until the end.

Doesn't make sense. The tribute and performance have to be split, unless she doesn't watch her own tribute prior to picking up her award.

Makes perfect sense. The tribute will most likely be a commercial-to-commercial segment. She'll go up and accept the award, give her speech, and they'll cut to commercial. Coming back from commercial break, she'll perform as they would have been setting her stage up the entire time the tribute is happening.
