How is a 500k/600k difference "barely eclipsed"? By the same nonsensical logic Gaga's album did pathetic numbers because her lead single opened in its first two weeks with huge numbers. And yes, Teenage Dream did last a lot longer, but if we look closely, Katy Perry didn't do that much promo during 2011.
