Do we know what happened to Jake Shears on Take It Like A Man? It was announced as a duet and even the USA Today article from two days ago describes it as a "swaggering duet," but I can only make out Cher?
He's still on it, but it sounds just like backing vocals to me. Disappointing.
Not just yet. I'll get the deluxe on release day, but I think the lithograph, album and signed booklet is coming as one order, so I assume either next week or the week after.
If I were to think that Jake is doing backing vocals on TILAM, my guess would be after 'you got to show me that you can' line and after some other ones.
If so very subtle, I was thinking it would be more of a feature of his vocals.
