I believe it is. I don't see any reason for Bruno's team to increase his tickets' price.
Well, his tickets here in Asia is more expensive than NA/Europe leg, but I think it's more because of currency value.

I know this is a Summer tour so I expected amps like last time but I don't even really know what/if there is an amp in Ottawa so I'm expecting it to be a mix of amps/arenas or a majority of arena shows.

According to his team, there are big demands for his show. Besides, many cities in the 2nd leg not included in his 1st leg. With Super Bowl coming, I'm sure his team use it to promote this tour too.

We have to wait till they announce the location of show for every city. But I think it'll be like his 1st leg, majority of arenas with amps in selected cities.
