Well, if Gaga is a 9....then Ariana is like a 12.
So I guess I'll go with 9.5.
This scale is so off, though, because I would put Gaga at a 7.5, and Ariana at an 8. With the greats like Mariah, Whitney, Adele, Kelly, Julie Andrews, Aretha, and Xtina in the 9-10 range.

She's obviously a superb singer but she needs some work. I can see her being like Beyonce and growing vocally as she gets older/trains more.

I would've given
Katy: a 5 because I've never seen her give a great vocal performance. Her best was TOTGA on X Factor UK and even that was mediocre.
Rihanna: 6.5 because she's gotten much better since 2013. I would've given her a 4 in 2011 tbh.
Gaga: 8.5 because she always had a stellar voice but she's finally learning how to control it.
