I definitely agree, HOWEVER internal selection does not seem to work either.
They need to make it easier, maybe let everyone apply their videos and then undergo a first round of jury before the public gets to vote online on maybe the 20 best...
One major problem we have is that no one ever seems to be passionate about it, so no one even really tries
