Why would help reports have to be sent to just one mod if they can also be sent to all mods?
See how easy you can turn that question around?
Anyway, I'll give 2 reasons off the top of my head:
1. The mod in question may not see the help request for a long time. With multiple mods the request will be seen way faster. Of course if it's about a warning then we'll still wait for the mod in question, but it still fastens the process.
2. 4 eyes see more than 2. Or in this case, multiple mods see, know, and understand more than just 1 mod. It's not about wether we trust eachother, it's about acknowledging that we can make a mistake sometimes.
