I saw Guardians of the Galaxy on Friday which was amazingly awesome.
I also watched Captain America 2 the other day for the first time and it was incredible. Probably the second best MCU film after The Avengers.

A perfect, fun blockbuster. Nothing more, nothing less. 100% entertaining.

Kathy Bates delivers a performance for the ages. She nails every aspect of her character.
Sadly, outside of her the movie is just okay.

It wasn't bad but the character the film is centred around is annoying af. He was like a watered down dumb version of the guy in before sunrise/sunset/midnight...
