When you're undergroud, people don't see you as a threat. Some think you won't make it. It's only when you become successful and you continue to push pass the boundaries people set for you. People thought Nicki was just an ass who could rap "A Rapping Ass" and she proved she wasn't...she has continued to rise above and beyond all types of criticism. People are scared of success...they don't want you to succeed. They want you to stay at the bottom so they know no matter what you do, you will never be able to top them/compete with them. Nicki is at the top, and people are seething because they didn't want her there, or they're envious and want to BE THERE in the spot she is, but can't even crack the bubbling under hot 100, so they try to bring her back down to her level by jumping on the bandwagon hate and praying that she falls to the point where people no longer see her as a threat. The main reason in this entire thing is: Success scares people. When your at the bottom, everybody wants to be friends, but once you get to the top, they turn their backs on you and want you to fall.
I cant take a 3rd album full of this. no.
