Well, the thing is, Jeffree was always (perceived as) good because of the things that made him...Jeffree. Now they're basically just rebranding him as Ke$ha with a dick.

I was never here for him anyways, he kind of creeps me out. But I can't deny the hype he once (?) had.
Man I just wish 2NE1 was the only Korean act trying to break the U.S/WW market next year, can you imagine how confused the general public will be ? 
It's gonna take away from their uniqueness, which will definitely decrease their chances.

That's like saying white female singer-songwriters would be mistaken for each other. Yeah, there's a chance, but somebody's bound to make it and take precedence over the others.

Well I mean, Iovine has had his eye on them since 2009 when he personally gifted them those colored Beats by Dre headphones...I'm pretty certain that at this point, he's determined to make them happen. Will is just a producer, a middleman. Iovine is who really is going to make them happen. I trust him.

I wonder how 2NE1 will promote and release their American album.
Will they put the album out with a single, or put a single out before the album comes out?
Hopefully the latter

Interscope usually does 2-3 singles then the album with new signees. Expect a handful of remixes with each single's release; they try to have the Skrillex effect and make a remix take off so the artist takes off with it. If Gaga was any indication, at least. I know there's going to be a lot of viral marketing, too. They said 2NE1TV was over, but you know that a damn lie.

They're with Interscope? 
Hopefully their lead single will be: Love Lasts Forever
I could see that getting a substantial amount of airplay if promoted right.

Well they're not officially with Interscope, but let's put it this way: if they're working that strongly with Will, one of Interscope's main draws, and they've been receiving love calls from Jimmy Iovine himself since their debut, and they've had plenty of suited white businessmen appearing in the background of the 2NE1TV episodes with Will.i.Am, I'm pretty sure they're on Interscope. Cherrytree at worst. But Iovine knows a good potential signee when he sees one.

Well they're apparently in "Will.i.am's music group" which has Interscope as one of the three distributor's, so that's very realistic in my opinion. And if Jimmy has connections with YG, then I don't see why not. That makes sense.

I trust him as well, the man is a genius (he signed Haley Reinhart  ), but I'm not sure how invested he is.
2NE1 has WW sensation written all over them, I can seriously see it happening, even non-K-Poppers stan for IATB !!!
