Most of the performances from the ROL era are equally bad. All of the Frozen ones are shite ! All of them ,no exception.
The Oprah performance (with Ray of Light) is good and then we need to fast forward to the MTV Awards and then the EMAs (despite those off tune screaming on the former and her off tone voice during TPOG on the latter).
IMO ,Madonna only fully got back on track,performance wise ,with Music
So,yeah,imo it was no big deal that she skipped a world tour to favor Evita.
A great movie ,with great visuals and, to top it all off,a superb and fantastic soundtrack. #deal
