I know it is enforced when you are 20 weeks in and after you enter the top 10 then leave it. If you are not in the top 10, i'm not so sure. But i think it involves consistent negative updates. I don't think you will get purged if you are still having positive updates. For example... sleeper hits. GYHAB is shaping up to be a sleeper hit lol
