I have played at least all pokemon games more than two times and i did not care about the map at all but the map of sinnoh annoyed me so much, sinnoh is still on of the best games concerning it's pokemon and the game was challenging too. Kalos was a mess.. the map was beautiful but the gym leader and the ellite four were so easy to beat like Hoenn has the best map tbh.. but i don't know i used to love the pokemon so much but now i hate them all. HG/SS was boring to me... i did not bother to play after i had beated the ellite 4.
Gen 1 has the best pokemons, yet the worst pokemon ever!!!

It's not gone, just empty. Usually, at least Phresh and Sub are there by the time I get there.

Wow all of these are icons. Particularly the normal one.

Bug: Galvantula
Dark: Houndoom (Dark types overall are pretty underwhelming, actually )
Dragon: ...either Dragonite or Haxorus, but again they're very underwhelming
Electric: Magneton
Fairy: Klefki if we're talking about new Fairy types, Gardevoir out of the ones that got turned into one
Fighting: Hawlucha
Fire...Charizard? Lord the amount of Fire types is absolutely abyssmal
Flying: Crobat
Ghost: Mismagius
Grass: Meganium
Ground: Diggersbae
Ice: Articuno
Normal: Blissey aka best Pokemon in the universe
Poison: I already used Crobat, but good sis Nidoking would be second in line
Psychic: Gardevoir assuming I use Klefki for Fairy
Rock: Rhyperior
Steel: Ummmmm Excadrill, I guess? I used Kleki already
Water: Milotic yaaaas gawd

You basically have to status legends in Gen 1 because...yeah the catch rate is that absurd.
