Well, we expected Britney to lip-synch and even if she did **** that part up, who cares, right?
...BUT, she looked absolutely atrocious, she looked like Kelly Clarkson with all that weight and most of you (if not all) would murder Kelly if she came out in something like that. Also, her dance moves were WEAK. The overall routine with all the dancers wasn't bad, but Britney herself sucked. When you have made headlines before with nude suits, snakes, and lesbian make-outs, you almost HAVE to deliver big. I'm sorry, but she just didn't do it this year. And when you take all that together, the performance sucked ASS. Period.

because i like her. just b/c i say she loses sales doesn't mean anything. Britney lost half of her between Oops! and Britney era, Alicia lost a chunk in between her debut / sophomore, so have thousands of other big artists. it's all about the era changing, but then again i do hate Xtina for making us wait so long between albums.
Well, a performance shouldn't make or break a song. It should be about the music, and not about how it sounds live. If that's the case, there'd be more live tracks on the radio. Bottom line, I really think this is her strongest single in many years. Not quite "Toxic," but better than "I'm A Slave 4 U." I hope people will just listen to the beat, and let *that* decide this album's fate.

Christina's last performance was HURT. It was amazing and she got good reviews. Talent will always prevail.
