I just read that apparently MGM owns the tapes and due to confidentiality agreements they won't release them.

So if we get them it will be through a leak. If I was a leaker who wanted to damage Trump i'd do it the night before definitely so him and his campaign don't have loads of time to cook up an explanation.

Forget the tapes, there are two BIG stories out there already of things he has done and said for sure and they haven't been made public yet. The GOP strategists on Twitter say that they're coming soon though.
