Imagine Obama v Hillary in '08 without super delegates. I think McCain might've won. You can disagree, but I see no issue with them right now and we have no reason to believe they are bad.

Superdelegates are total BS. Complete and utter BS. It really should just follow the system of who's voting at the primaries

I definitely understand the disagreements around the delegate system, but it's not something that should be changed midway in the process. I feel like at this point in the cycle, this discussion always comes up and consequent candidates always sign on to it knowing what they're getting themselves into. I do think the current system is valuable and its hard to say someone should lead a party, an organisation, without careful support from those that help make it what it is.
