I don't believe the album is almost done. DJWS's "back to the studio" image was only in January, right? Perhaps it was just referencing a holiday, but it seemed more notable considering he doesn't post much behind the scenes stuff with Gaga. Plus, she only tweeted Britney about wanting to collab in 2014 too, right? If that's happening, they were probably working out ideas when she visited Vegas.

Dallas tracks could have happened (/begun happening) months ago when they were in the studio. She usually gets close with them at the beginning and end of the process. Besides, we've seen and heard of no Madeon or Zedd.

Anything could have been happening during these off-the-radar periods. She could be working with anyone - they don't need to be in the same place anymore, or even meet in some cases.

Not going to lie, I'm very skeptical over how this album will work out if we're basically getting glorified B sides. She needs to bring her A game. They can't afford to be complacent.

Not really. She's not putting together a collection of b-sides . . . conceptually, she was working on Act I and Act II together.
