The only people who would pay to see Miley in 2014 are her devoted stans + young adult/teenage white girls who wanna "turn up and get ratchet!"! (That was basically all there was at my concert anyway, which was sold out btw hihi.)
I don't see why past low-grossing tours should be a dragging point...especially if said tour had high attendance. All that matters is how big a touring artist gets and how long they can sustain it.
