im already annoyed with this ID channel way of story telling.

I just watched it.. and a few things

- Lily Rabe was done so, so wrong
- Shelby and Matt were pretty good characters
- This season is so so different and I like how the campy feel of it is gone.
- I want the opening scene again next episode
- Kathy snatch my follicles legend
- I think the interview idea can give it in the latter half a surprising twist, but they do need to cut it a bit with that.

overall a solid 8 for me and the teaser looks very promising

That would be more cohesive tbh, than them mixing the 2 and becoming a huge mess. But it also means that Lily's role will be just talking

nah I think she has to protect the whole land from people like Shelby and Matt, exposing what is happening there.

So basically, they are probably trapped in there now and they won't let them leave so they don't tell what's going on.

1. The first 2 minutes I was so confused how Lily and Sarah were the same person I thought I am not seeing right at first I was like Wow Lily looks like Sarah here

just the thought of a director yelling cut and then seeing that everyone was just actors on a set to whom now the crazy stuff happens makes ALL my excitement go away.

Lmao at people being so confused. Sarah and Cuba are playing the dramatic reenactment versions of the other two characters on a show about Roanoke. Like when you watch a murder mystery show and they have actors reenact the events so the audience has a better idea of what is happening.

Something about the casting and the formatting of the mockdocumentary struck me as being off. The supposed "real" characters are so much younger than the characters in drama playing out. Usually it is the reverse so it must mean something. I expect the two casts will merge at some point and the terror will hit the film crew and the "real" characters.

I absolutely loved Angela and Sarah together, they were fantastic. At the beginning of the episode i was abit like meh.. but i got used to the story telling and it just kept getting better and better. So excited to see how the story will continue next week .

Definitely kept me interested enough unlike the first episodes of Freak Show + Hotel. Actually really looking forward to the next episode. Glad they are trying something different, even though it was confusing as f*** at first.

Maybe the gap between the actual happenings to the documentary isn't too much? Was that specified on the ep?

Cuba looks much older than the guy who plays his character in the doc. Lily and Sarah look about the same age and Angela looks younger than hers. Messy.
