"karyotypically" just means "with regards to [a karyotype]." The word is used to describe a karyotype. It's not really a different idea.

But its used as an adverb and not a noun. You can use it differently in sentences Whereas "karyotyptic" is an adjective.

I'm really surprised this round actually because I thought that most of my answers were common. I went with the first K answer I found for most categories, that's why I was so nervous. But I'm always pessimistic, so .. ..
