It's done alphabetically I thought.

EDIT - I think people that start with an upper-case letter rank higher than lower-case people:

88. Homogenic (38 points)
89. Legend E (38 points)
90. Nasty Nas (38 points)
91. fireaero (38 points)

And for the upper-case people, it's sorted backwards alphabetically. This is probably wrong
