Well it won't be her debut week because 23k of those sales were made last week because the song was put on iTunes a day early due to the leak. I'm sure Who Says probably sold more anyway.
i know its a stupid question but whats the use of the banner does it help in any way?anyone wanna enlighten me about it?
People who run radio stations frequently use All Access (I assume) so labels buy those banners as a way to influence the radio station staff to add the song to their playlists. So in a little way it helps.
