The issue with an EP is that it wouldn't have been included with PFRR's sales, but then again, I don't think it really matters since it would have been more marketable that way.
Including a total of 27 songs in a box set is unattractive unless you're a big fan

Another issue is that an EP counts separately on Billboard. It would've broke her #1 streak.
