Rca and capitol are known to shelve albums and has the horrible rep of robbing their artists as well as republic. if beyonce was all about singles then they would be great for her.

If Beyonce wanted this era could have been completely different. I think she created so many hit songs but lack of promo or in ***'s case a vide made them all flop.

I'm also Team Columbia. They got Bey where she is at now and Bey has complete artistic freedom. All the other pop girls are forced to work with certain producers (Katy, Rih, Lana) or forced to release a particular single instead of the song they wanted (Gaga, Demi etc...)
Columbia is still the best label. And yes they can flawlessly handle singles (just look at Happy, All Of Me, even 1D's Story Of My Life). We only have lazy, anti-promo Yoncé to blame.
