The sensitivity to me is the lack of sexual action. You're not used to it so you're overly sensitive to the erection. Some erections can be painful at times but maybe you're just doing it a little too rough and/or your turtleneck is a bit too tight. It needs air.
but all jokes aside.. I would get it checked out next time u go to the clinic or your general practitioner and ask him/her. I hope it isn't a infection. Sometimes as an uncut you're more susceptible in getting bacteria and attracting germs if you're not clean. Don't go under the knife if u don't need to.
