That girl in the Rihanna hit whistle thread who said it was a super high falsetto was clearly uneducated since women are not known to have falsetto. Falsetto are only for men, and head voice for women. Super head voice is often mistaken for whistle. Whistle is achieved by the tiny opening of the very last dimension of vocal chord. It is ultimate and sharp. A singer will feel no vibration in her vocal chords when she hits one.
(But yes I am taking it too serious sometimes
