if a vid aint already filmed, or atleast before the end of january, we wont get any more videos that's for sure!
just live videos, but this is Adele who does WWWY better live than studio and esp the RCMH performance was so amazing so i think that should fit as a video!

You need to chill with your condescension, it's not cute or your place to do so
Not saying anything's happening, no idea what her contracts say, but it's simply not correct to say that it would be impossible for the powers that be to throw an at most 5-minute video together in one of the 3-ish weeks she gets off every few months, nor is it crazy to think that XL and/or Columbia would want to do that if it meant another sucessful single out of this album. Furthermore, every planned single (meaning TT rather than RHI) from 21 had at least a live video, and I'd consider that a lot more messy of an era than this one has been, so I'm not sure where you're basing "at best" other than your own frequently-voiced fear that you won't get anything at all for your beloved WWWY.

Sorry, I didn't mean to come off as rude or whatever. I'm just saying that Adele isn't exactly the most motivated person in the world when it comes to music videos; they don't necessarily seem to be top priority to her. It's definitely possible for her to shoot videos for future singles, but I don't know. Being that Simon isn't going to be on tour with her, I feel like most of her breaks are going to be with him. She's not going to want to take the time to film music videos.
As for the "at best" thing, I'm just saying that if she decides to spend the entirety of all of her breaks with Simon rather than shoot a video, if we get anything, it'll be a live video. I'm praying that's not true. I'd rather her shoot actual videos, especially if "Water Under the Bridge" is the third single because I think that could have an amazing video as well. But based on how Adele is, I'm not going to push it with videos. If we get them, it'll be a pleasant surprise, but I'm not expecting anything at this point. I don't even know if we're getting a "When We Were Young" video; none of us do. But, as I've said a million times, if there is one song that deserves a video from that album, it's that song.

Idk, I think everything's quietly been very planned this time around. Carpool Karaoke initially seemed kinda random time-wise, but then we learn they'd talked about it a full year before it aired, and immediately scheduled it, exactly, when the time came. When HDD was leaking her promo stuff in September of last year, they had already planned by that point that she'd be performing at the Grammys because it was included as an exception to the NBC contract. So I guess what I think is, while I agree it's very very possible Adele's scheduled to exclusively hang with her fam during the several weeks at a time with no shows, it's also possible that the labels have set out time during one day then to film something formal, or this particular show before then to film something live, etc. But whatever it's gonna be or not be, I think it's likely already been determined sometime in the years we spent waiting for it all to begin lol. The only problem, as always, and as you've mentioned, is we don't know that plan.

We'll just have to wait and see what happens with WWWY. If that doesn't get a music video then we can start bitching

Oh, that's a good point! I never really took that into consideration. Damn... It really is amazing how well they are able to keep stuff secret with minimal leaks. That's a good point. If they sprung the idea of doing a video during her breaks without prior notice, she'd probably be pissed because she'd feel obligated to do it, but if she already had plans with her family, she wouldn't want to. So it makes sense that they would plan ahead, especially considering how much other stuff was planned ahead.

You're right. Although, as you can see, I have already started bitching excessively because it's what I'm good at.

BTW... Am I the only one totally getting life from "Why Do You Love Me"? Honestly, it's a bop and it NEEDS to get performed during the tour, as does "Can't Let Go."

I knew there were others that liked it, but I couldn't remember who! I think it's great; I don't know why Adele's team and friends were telling her it was just okay. She wanted it on the standard edition and none of them liked it except for her. But I agree; between that and "Can't Let Go," I can't believe they didn't make the standard edition because they're so great. I love "Lay Me Down," but it's subpar in comparison to the other two. It's my least favorite out of all the songs from 25.

I like WDYLM too, the bridge is a true bop! She sounds really into it! You can tell she really loves that song, i actually like it more than RL, IMY and SD now but then again, i still love CLG and Lay me down more. LMD sounds really sexy to me, her voice in the in the first verse is already so inviting anyway, i love how all of the bonus tracks showcases her vocals in a different way, they are all amazinf

I love all the bonus tracks, especially CLG and WDYLM. I think they fit best where they are, but I'm glad they're out there.
TS did some of her Target bonus tracks live during 1989, so hearing Adele's at some point during the tour may not be completely out of the question, although she'll probably wanna put more older stuff in the setlist that Taylor does (which I'm def cool with). Guess we'll just have to wait and see, not long now

Agree with everything said about "Why Do You Love Me." It's just flawless. Taylor did some of her bonus tracks on tour; however, she also cut some of her signature songs, like "You Belong With Me," from the setlist altogether. Even if Adele only does performances of the bonus tracks one time, I think it'd be cool to hear her do them live at all, because there will definitely be YouTube videos.
What guys do you want her to cover on tour? I know someone suggested Cyndi Lauper's "Time After Time," which I'd love to hear, although I'm also kind of hoping for Fleetwood Mac's "Landslide." I'd always kill for an "I Will Always Love You" performance, as well, though. (And I really hope that she performs "Make You Feel My Love," which is easily the best song from 19.)
Also... In case y'all didn't hear, this week on the Hot 100, "Hello" dropped down to #3, but "When We Were Young" rose from #41 to #35. Hoping it keeps rising from here. ("Baby, I'm still rising...." )

I think my 19 trinity is "Make You Feel My Love," "Cold Shoulder," and "Melt My Heart to Stone." Although "Hometown Glory" is flawless, too, of course.
The ones of her with her "biggest fan" or whatever? Where she's hugging him?
