Mariah Carey earns her first #1 on my chart as she "Triumphs" atop the chart today rising 4-1 thanks to video plays. Thanks to Mariah, John Mayer, Taylor Swift and Mumford & Sons do not have a video out right now for their respective songs making it easier for her to pass her on video plays. She remains at #4 in Airplay thus making her rise to the top even more amazing.
Rick Ross earns his 2nd #1, he first hit #1 in 2010 on Kanye West's "Monster" feat. Jay-Z & Nicki Minaj. Maroon 5 returns to the Top 10 with "One More Night" which rises 12-10 pushing John Mayer's "Go Easy On Me" out of the top 10.
The Greatest Gainer award of the day goes to Justin Bieber who flies 23-15 as his Airplay increases. Rihanna debuts yet another song from "Talk That Talk" as "We All Want Love" debuts @ #25. The song is the 7th song from the album to make it into the chart, all previous 6 have hit the Top spot with "Drunk On Love" being the most recent one dropping 11-14 today and "Where Have You Been" being the most successful song on my chart ever, holding on to the #5 today

John Mayer returns to #1 moving 2-1 replacing the short-lived #1 from Mariah Carey who drops 1-3 today. Taylor Swift returns to her #2 peak position for the 8th non-consecutive day in it, she has been behind John Mayer all this time but i think her time for the top position is coming soon.
"Some Nights" jumps 7-5 to grant Fun. their 2nd Top 5 after the #1 peaking "We Are Young" which spent 9 days on top, with that another great chapter ends on my chart today.
By dropping 5-6 on today's chart, Rihanna's "Were Have You Been" drops out of the Top 5 for the first time in 91 consecutive days. The song ends the 2nd longest-consecutive streak of that kind following "The Edge Of Glory" by Lady Gaga which had 100 consecutive days on top last year. The most interesting part of all of this is that Gaga actually dropped out of the Top 5 on the same day last year, weirdddddd.
Gaga's "Marry The Night" is in third place with 75 consecutive days in the Top 5. Although it falls out of the Top 5 the song matches Gotye's "Somebody That I Used To Know" for the 4th longest consecutive stay in the Top 10 with 114 days.
Nicki Minaj enters the Top 10 with "Pound The Alarm" as it storms 13-8, her 2nd Top 10 from PF:RR, "Starships" reach #4 earlier this year upon the release of the music video. Justin Bieber also vaults into the Top 10 with a 15-10 rise.
