It's an ugly and less compact version of the flawless 3DS XL, aimed at children under the age of 7. Even though its battery life has improved with like 30 minutes, don't bother considering to buy that little piece of sh*t

It will, but tbh I never play with 3D on. You have to hold your head and 3DS in a certain position and you get headaches etc.
