Then I'd seed stories out to Politico and the likes from "sources" saying I was "looking at a run". I'll get interviewed, laugh and say "Maybe. Who knows. That's highly unlikely." And then swoop in at the last minute like "Surprise! I'm running!". Kinda like what Bloomberg was doing. But I don't think it'd be for House or Senate. Those are a bit local. I'd probably go for Mayor of a big city.
