Considering I'm a broke ho who doesn't know how to use photoshop, I use picmonkey. Go there and go upload the picture in the "Edit" tab. Then 5 rows down from where you are, there will be a frame. Click it, then click "Rounded Edges" and click transparent. And tada! You can make them as rounded as you want btw.
