If there are songs which are still managing to rise on their own with minimal airplay and FULL price, the declining single sales market should not be an excuse.
Overall sales are lower yeah, but it still doesn't take away the fact that certain artists simply aren't in demand. Especially when they continue to free fall WITH discounts.
