Um well I don't usually run around the Madonna base talking about Gilmore Girls but it is definitely in my top 3 of all time shows (with The O.C. and Game of Thrones). The final episode of the revived series has left me shattered though - it's the original ending that was meant to happen for the alternate season 7, where the original writers actually wrote the show rather than let it be ruined due to contract disagreements etc.
I'll have you know I saw that and screenshotted it myself!
It just has me so shocked and has me re-thinking the whole show.
Anyway, it's amazing nonetheless and what a magical treat to be able to see a show that meant and means so much to you, come back to life 10 years later - the whole town rebuilt, the sets re-created, the cast brought back together. The odds, effort and magic. Ugh Netflix is godly. Anyway, sorry, lol. Blah blah something-about-Madonna. They mentioned her on the show on the original series a fair bit actually, I remember Lorelai saying something about how hard it is to get Madonna tickets. Queen of touring since way back when.
I swear that she does this on purpose.
