This is called Gif REQUEST. You are
requesting for your gifs to be made, so technically they do not have to make it for you. You should be really more appreciative that the same users are always coming into this thread, goes through each members posts and creating the gifs. It takes time and effort to make this. If you don't want to wait, go download a program yourself.
