Yes, but it's currently at such a low rate. It only effects a few albums with huge hits.
15,000,000 streams in SEA is equivalent to only 10K sales rn. But with SEA, they really really do work out in the longrun and produce big #'s. Ed Sheeran's album did no more than 10K in SEA first week, and now has over 1M in SEA.
