i think you wanting a guy like caleb is fine as long you like him back. amber clearly doesnt like him like that, which makes the situation creepy. especially when he's planning their wedding and everything.
She basically was saying Amber is leading Caleb on, cause she hasn't said she "doesn't like him to his face",which is a bit hypocritical considering she told her to lead him on/work him just a few days ago

What Caleb does is cute and sweet but the thing is Amber makes is obvious she's not interesting which makes it a bit creepy because I've been in situations where it's like "you're nice, but I don't like you please leave me alone."
