Kris filed a lawsuit against SM to nullify his contract b/c he claims the company exploited him and denied him basic rights

Members started unfollowing him on instagram/weibo and left 'cryptic' messages + Tao made a post that people think he didn't actually write and the company wrote it for him instead

Suho called him irresponsible and said the members have mixed feelings and they don't really understand why he's filing. He also kind of indirectly mentioned the situation in the acceptance speech for the win on M Countdown

I think that's basically all we have rn

You can try watching their DVD videos. They're kinda like WINNERTV, behind the scenes stuff while WIN was still going on. There are subbed interview videos there too.
