Peacock as a single would hurt her image I agree. I say either E.T. or Hummingbird heartbeat would do best
Personally, E.T. and Hummingbird Heartbeat are my top two tracks from Teenage Dream, but you guys have to understand, Peacock WILL be released because it's doing good right now, regardless of how you guys think it would hurt her image.
The only reason radio is playing "Peacock" so much is because it was already anticipated as a single before the album came out. It was one of the four songs from the album she performed when she was making the rounds and it's also listed on the sticker on the cover of the album. Radio stations are just getting trigger-happy.
"Last Friday Night" is more popular, IMO. It peaked much higher than "Peacock" when the album first came out.
