They're not going to indict Hillary... with a democratic president, that she served as Secretary of State under. If Eric Holder can get away with the "Fast and Furious" gun scandal, then Hillary will easily get away with her emails. With Biden not presumably running, and McCarthy's gaffe gift... Obama has no other option now, but to support Hillary as much as he hates to.

Wow, the FBI is exactly the body that seeks indictment and recommends charges. If the FBI recommends that Hillary should be indicted and the DoJ squashes it than it will look totally political, If the DoJ moves forward with charges then it will not. Either way she will be done.

It's not theoretically anything, the FBI does not theoretically decide what laws are broken, if they push for indictment then laws were broken and that is all the people will care about. Hillary could be charged with breaking those laws if a Republican is elected, just because Obama's DoJ won't go after her does not mean a Republican one won't. Obama would have to pardon her on his way out to avoid any chance of future prosecution.

Between Bill and Hillary's connections, I would be very surprised if the FBI finds anything at all. At least a good chunk of the leadership in the FBI probably served in the Clinton Administration, and Hillary is still on good terms with people at the state dept.
